INTRODUCTION

This privacy policy ("Policy") sets out the manner in which Onecap Technologies Private Limited, a private company having its registered office at WeWork Prestige Cube, Site No. 26, Laskar Hosur Road, Adugodi, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560030 or its affiliates ("Company", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, maintains and shares information about You ("User" or "You" or "Your") through online interfaces (e.g. - mobile applications, website) owned and controlled by the Company. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third party websites or applications that may be linked to any of our platforms and / or data or information collected by any person or entity that is not under the Company's control.

Users are requested to read and understand the Policy very carefully before using or accessing the Company. Through this Policy, the Company intends to convey the manner in which the user's information is collated and used by the Company while providing the services of the Company. GENERAL TERMS

This Policy is to be read in conjunction with and shall be deemed to be part of the Company's Terms of Use and Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The User Information resides in the Company's database for a certain period of time even after the user ceases to use or access the Company and in such cases the Company is not liable for any usage of the User Information after the user ceases to use or access the Company.

The terms and conditions of this Policy shall be governed by Indian Law and the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall only have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
